It has been known that FMS slow flap servos & Dynam retracts don't work with receivers with PWM output frequency lower than 50Hz. One of the receivers we know with compatibility issue is Frsky receivers.
To fix receiver compatibility issue:
Frsky Futaba FASST receiver on Dynam retracts & FMS slow flap servo.
